If you are interested in meditation but intimidated, try this mini meditation:
1. Find a comfortable seated posture (you can be seated on a chair or the floor, or even lying down).
2. Close your eyes, or look softly into the distance.
3. Observe your inhale. Observe your exhale. Do this for ten breaths.
4. If #3 is too difficult, do it for 5 breaths.
